Circle of Life Animal Hospital (COLAH) is a fixture in the Tampa community, having first opened our doors in 1998. We are dedicated to providing the community, our COLAH Family, with the best veterinary care available to our clients and their pets. As we prioritize each member of our COLAH Family, we understand that everyone has their own budgets and philosophies when it comes to pet care. Dr. Palma founded Circle of Life Animal Hospital in 1998. Initially, three separate veterinary hospitals were housed under one roof on Bearss and Florida Ave. (Three veterinarians, who had become friends, had a revolutionary idea to open their clinics together in one leased space!) Circle of Life Animal Hospital grew in the community, and after two years, it became necessary to move into two open leased spaces next door to the initial hospital. Growing into our own hospital space was a big undertaking since we had previously shared the lab, x-ray equipment, surgical suites, etc. with two other veterinary hospitals, housed under one roof. We wanted to provide the best care available so we purchased state-of-the-art equipment to further our goals. Over the last 21 years, we have formed wonderful relationships with veterinary specialists in the local-and not so local- area to provide complete full-circle care for our client’s pets.
